Canadian Lawyer InHouse editor Kelly Harris discusses the Association of Corporate Counsel Value Index with ACC president Fred Krebs. The AVI has been in operation since October 2009 and has 1,900 responses thus far, with 50 from Canada ranking 18 different Canadian law firms.

The Association of Corporate Counsel honoured Royal Bank of Canada executive vice president and general counsel David Allgood, winner of the ACC's Excellence in Corporate Practice Award for 2009. The award was given out to Allgood during the ACC Annual General Meeting in Boston, Mass., in October, and in early November the group hosted an award celebration in Toronto.
