User-friendly content key for legal firms and in-house counsel
Web and marketing guru Burkey Belser of U.S.-based professional services firm Greenfield Belser Ltd., is conducting a survey of in-house counsel and how they use the Internet. He was in Toronto recently to speak to the Legal Marketing Association about providing more user-friendly resources on law firm web sites.
