Brodeur new battonier of the Barreau du Québec

Johanne Brodeur is the next president of the Barreau du Québec. Brodeur won the position by acclamation and will assume the role June 1, the barreau announced today.

Also assuming a senior role at the barreau is Bernard Synnott, who becomes vice president after taking almost 56 per cent of the vote in a race against Julie Latour. Almost 37 per cent of barreau members cast a vote.
