A notable commercial suit was the $8-million case Nanji v Karmali et al. Whelton Hiutin LLP partner Daniel McConville is a listed representative of plaintiff L. Nanji. His practice areas include real estate disputes and commercial and construction litigation. A. Karmali and two other defendants appeared to be unrepresented.
