Silver Viper Minerals Corp. has entered into an agreement with CSAC Holdings Inc. and all of the shareholders of CSAC to acquire the Cimarron Project in Sinaloa, Mexico, a property hosting a porphyry gold-copper system.

This acquisition aligns with Silver Viper's strategy to expand its portfolio of precious and base metal projects in North America. The company plans to conduct further exploration activities to assess the project's potential.
