InnVest Hotels, Canada's largest owner and operator of hotels, completed its acquisition of the Hotel Grand Pacific in Victoria, British Columbia on March 31, 2026. The 304-room luxury hotel sits prominently on Belleville Street in Victoria's Inner Harbour. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The deal marks the latest in a series of acquisitions by InnVest, reflecting its recent growth trajectory, including the purchase of 10 hotels from Morguard Corporation in 2024.
