Originate Partners acquires Hydrastone Industrial Coatings Incorporated in a deal that targets the rising demand for essential service businesses that secure the performance and longevity of the built environment.

Originate Partners is a Toronto-based private equity firm and operating platform that acquires and manages essential service, construction, and light manufacturing businesses related to the built environment.

Hydrastone is Canada's largest specialist in field-applied cementitious tank linings, specializing in the inspection, maintenance, repair, relining, and preventative maintenance of domestic hot water storage tanks and related potable water infrastructure.
