Chris Vollmershausen

Mr. Vollmershausen is Executive Vice President, Legal, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary, providing strategic legal advice to Agnico Eagle and the Board of Directors and leading the Legal, Indigenous, Community, Government Relations and Communications teams. Prior to his appointment, he held a series of executive roles of increasing responsibility, including Senior Vice President, Legal, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary (2021-2022) and Vice President, Legal & Corporate Secretary (2020).

Prior to joining Agnico Eagle, Mr. Vollmershausen was in-house counsel at a Canadian-based international manufacturing company and worked as a corporate securities lawyer for a prominent Toronto law firm.
