Jessica Catton Rinaldi

Jessica Catton Rinaldi is General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Enwave Energy Corporation, one of North America’s leading district energy companies. She provides strategic oversight of the Legal, Human Resources, and Cyber Governance functions, leading efforts that shape organizational culture, talent development, governance, and enterprise risk management.

Prior to joining Enwave, she was a Partner at Fasken, where she advised public and private organizations on governance, corporate transactions, and regulatory matters. She was recognized as a Lexpert Rising Star: Leading Lawyer Under 40 and is a frequent speaker on governance, ESG, compliance, and legal leadership.

She is the founder of Young Women in Law, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to supporting women lawyers in the early stages of their careers. Jessica continues to advocate for initiatives that promote inclusion, talent development, and professional advancement.

Jessica holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business, a JD from Osgoode Hall Law School, and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Windsor.
