Terrie-Lynne Devonish

Terrie-Lynne is the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary with Altus Group Limited, a TSX-listed technology company providing intelligence for the global commercial real estate industry. Her responsibilities include overseeing the company’s global legal function, board advisory, corporate strategy and financial management.

With almost 30 years of experience, Terrie-Lynne has held successively senior legal and compliance roles at global organizations. Prior to joining Altus Group, she served in multiple senior leadership positions at Aon plc, including Chief Counsel – Canada, Chief Operating Officer – Canada, and North American Chief Compliance Officer.

Terrie-Lynne serves on the Board of Directors of Cboe Canada and is a volunteer with Pro Bono Law Ontario. She holds a B.A. from Collège Glendon, York University, and an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School. She holds designations from the Board Diversity Network (AccBD) and the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD.D). She is licensed to practice law in Canada (Ontario) and the United States (Illinois).
