Vincent Rocheleau

Vincent is a business-minded labour and employment lawyer responsible for disputes and key workplace investigations at Dentalcorp. He practices law in French and in English. His practice has been exclusively dedicated to labour and employment law since June 2021. Vincent provides legal advice to management on all areas of labour and employment law, including the labour and employment aspects of transactions and privacy matters. He has supported counsel in collective bargaining, labour arbitrations, and matters at all levels of court, including the Supreme Court of Canada. Vincent is also a certified privacy professional with two IAPP designations (CIPP/C and CIPM). He has supported breach counsel in privacy breaches and privacy incidents and provided advice on the creation, maintenance, and management of privacy programs. In his free time, Vincent gives his time, energy, and insights to issues he is passionate about. Vincent is currently a volunteer with the Royal Ontario Museum.
