John Fagan

John Fagan spent about 17 years after his 1975 Call in small-firm general legal practice, mostly in the former City of North York, before becoming a roving Tax Prosecutor for the Ontario Attorney General for about 19 years until his de facto retirement from active legal work in 2011. He was elected a Bencher of the Law Society of Ontario in 2019 and has served on the LSO’s Equity and Indigenous Affairs Committee since then. He can be reached at [email protected].
