Safiya Adenekan is a Legal Counsel at a leading financial institution and is based in Toronto. Her areas of expertise include Privacy, Contracts and Corporate Governance.
Adenekan earned her law degree from the University of Maiduguri, where she attended the Nigerian Law School, and was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 2003. She was admitted into the Law Society of Upper Canada (now Law Society of Ontario) in 2014.
