BellRock Brands welcomes Kerry Bilewski as general counsel

BellRock Brands Inc., has hired Kerry Bilewski as general counsel and corporate secretary, effective immediately.

Bilewski joins the cannabis consumer packaged goods company and intellectual property platform with a wealth of prior legal experience having worked both in-house and in private practice, with experience from organizations including Summit Materials, Ballard Spahr, Kline Enterprises, and Highline Stages. She is experienced in managing, negotiating, and closing corporate transactions across a broad range of industries, companies, and legal jurisdictions. 

 Most recently she was assistant general counsel at FullSpeed Automotive where she provided strategic insights and recommendations to C-Suite leadership, helping to refine the company’s overall business strategy within the context of potential acquisitions.

BellRock's products are currently offered in Canada as well as in 11 US states. Their offerings include more than 100 products via edibles and beverage company Dixie Brands, and Mary's Medicinals in the cannabis health and wellness category.
