Jonathan Fung has joined Clark Wilson as an associate in the firm’s estates & trusts group, as well as the estates & trusts opinions and appeals group. His practice includes capacity and undue influence claims, breach of fiduciary duty claims, wills variations claims, abuse of powers of attorney claims, and executor and trustee compensation.
Ryan Lincoln has also joined Clark Wilson as an associate in the firm’s tax group. His practice includes tax-effective corporate reorganizations, tax aspects of corporate and commercial transactions, and tax-effective structures for businesses and investment holdings.
DLA Piper
The firm has welcomed Nafeesa Valli-Hasham as a partner in its capital markets practice. Valli-Hasham has assisted clients in getting listed on the Canadian stock exchanges and executing initial public offerings and other going public transactions, mergers and acquisitions, business combinations, and strategic financing structures.

Gregory Anthony has recently joined McInnes Cooper as counsel. He specializes in construction, energy, oil and gas, mining, manufacturing, fishing, education, and public sectors.
Russell Alexander Collaborative Family Lawyers
The firm has recently welcomed Natalie Derbyshire. She is a certified collaborative family lawyer and litigator with extensive experience in Ontario courts. Derbyshire strongly advocates for dispute resolution methods such as collaboration, mediation, and negotiation as alternatives to litigation whenever appropriate.
