Linklaters launches multidisciplinary global risk advisory practice

Linklaters has announced the appointment of Jane Caskey as global head of risk advisory and head of clients & sectors, bolstering the firm’s global risk advisory platform.

Joining the firm as a partner in London from Norton Rose Fulbright where she was global head of risk advisory and chief client officer, Caskey will establish a new, integrated and multi-disciplinary risk advisory practice at Linklaters with the full range of legal and risk consulting services across the firm’s global network.

The new multi-disciplinary practice will help clients to design and implement the governance and operational frameworks and the processes, systems and controls to enable them to embed effective management of legal and compliance risks within their organizations.

Linklaters’ global risk advisory platform is intended to support clients in proactively identifying and managing risk exposure in a rapidly evolving global regulatory and geopolitical landscape, including: ESG/sustainability, supply chain and energy transition; digital transformation; financial services, financial crime and sanctions.

In her role as head of clients & sectors, Caskey will coordinate tailored, integrated and holistic global solutions, leveraging the full capabilities of the firm across legal and risk consulting expertise to address clients’ compliance and risk-related challenges.
