Bennett Jones appears in $11-million commercial case

Aird & Berlis, Bennett Jones, Chaitons, Fogler Rubinoff, Dickinson Wright, Miller Thomson, Osler, and Ross Nasseri made appearances in three or more commercial list matters before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice this past week.

The week’s most notable commercial suit was the $11-million case 2096702 Ontario Limited et al v Buduchnist Credit Union Limited. Bennett Jones LLP partner Alexander Payne acted for 2096702 Ontario Limited and two other plaintiffs. Buduchnist Credit Union Limited, defendant, appeared to be unrepresented.

Aird & Berlis LLP appeared in four cases
