Bennett Jones, Kim Spencer McPhee move forward in 111-million-dollar commercial case

Kim represented several defendants in Anson Advisors Inc. et al v. Stafford et al., the case leading this week’s Commercial List litigation roundup with a concerned amount of $111 million.
