Gowling WLG, Dickinson Wright, Goodmans, Lax O'Sullivan Lisus Gottlieb, McCarthy Tétrault, Reconstruct, and Thornton Grout Finnigan made appearances in multiple commercial list matters before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice last week.

Gowling WLG appeared in two cases

Matthew Karabus, partner, advised Spass Inc. and one other applicant in Spass Inc. et al v Ko et al. He focuses on complex commercial litigation and arbitration and handles contractual disputes, shareholder litigation, and banking proceedings.

David Lobl, partner, acted for Niazi Holdings Incorporated and one other defendant in Floriri Village Investments Inc. v Niazi Holdings Incorporated et al. He co-leads the firm’s national private client services group.
