Rochon Genova LLP partner Peter Jervis represented the plaintiffs in the case with the biggest amount involved in the Commercial List this week, with $15 million at stake, Li et al v. Liu et al – one of two corporate commercial cases the firm was involved with. Gowling WLG (Canada) LLP was in court three times, including representing the plaintiffs in the $14-million case  Spacebridge Inc. et al v. Baylin Technologies Inc. et al.
