Adriana Isshak returns to Thomson Rogers LLP as a newly called associate in its Personal Injury Group
Adriana Isshak is back at Thomson Rogers LLP, and this time she is staying. The Toronto-based firm confirmed on September 11, 2026 that Isshak has joined its Personal Injury Group as an associate.
Isshak returns to Thomson Rogers
Called to the Ontario bar in 2026, Isshak is not a new face at the firm. She first joined as a summer student, returned as an articling student, and has now earned her place on the roster as one of its associates.
Thomson Rogers LLP says Isshak’s growing practice is focused on three areas:
- motor vehicle accident claims
- catastrophic injury matters
- long-term disability claims
In an announcement, Thomson Rogers notes that Isshak’s early experience as a summer student “confirmed her passion for advocacy, and she has since played a role in helping clients navigate some of the most difficult moments of their lives, from motor vehicle accident claims to catastrophic injury matters.”
Recognised for handling complex, high-stakes cases with skilled and compassionate advocacy, Thomson Rogers appeared on Canadian Lawyer’s list of top personal injury boutiques in both 2025 and 2026.
From Windsor to Ottawa to Toronto
Isshak’s path to Thomson Rogers is worth noting for law students watching how careers in personal injury are built:
- University of Windsor: Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in law and politics, 2018–2022; received the Blue & Gold Entrance Scholarship and the LEAD Medallion, a university award recognising leadership, excellence, achievement, and distinction
- University of Ottawa Faculty of Law: Juris Doctor, completed May 2025, graduated cum laude; recipient of the Class of 1979 JD Entrance Scholarship
- mooting: as the firm notes, she actively participated in moot competitions throughout law school, sharpening her oral and written advocacy skills
