John is a partner in McKercher LLP’s Saskatoon office.  He practices in the area of corporate commercial law with a focus on corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions and natural resources.  John advises clients from a broad range of industries, including mineral exploration, mining, oil & gas, transportation, waste disposal and agribusiness.  He is a member of the Firm’s Finance Committee, the Risk Management Committee and the Executive Committee.
