David is a partner in McKercher LLP’s Regina office.  His practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, including small business, with a significant focus representing many land developers and home builders in Saskatchewan.  He is currently the Chair of the Firm’s Real Estate Practice Group and a member of the Executive Committee.
