His practice is concentrated on mergers, acquisitions and dispositions of businesses, and financings. Jeff has significant experience on a wide variety of business transactions and financings, providing valuable strategic advice to clients in relation to their business and legal needs. While maintaining an active role in the practice of law, Jeff has led the ongoing development, growth and success of Torkin Manes as its managing partner.
