Tradelogiq appoints Cindy Petlock as chief legal officer

Cindy Petlock has been appointed chief legal officer and corporate secretary of Tradelogiq Markets Inc. – an Alternative Trading System operator that serves Canada’s security sector through electronic marketplaces.

Petlock was consulting on a number of securities regulatory and market structure contracts since May 2020, following six years at Neo Exchange Inc. where she was responsible for legal, regulatory compliance, listings regulatory and corporate secretarial functions in her role as chief legal officer & corporate secretary.

She has also served in roles including general counsel and corporate secretary at the Canadian Securities Exchange; special advisor on regulatory projects at Market Regulation Services Inc., manager, market regulation at the Ontario Securities Commission; and compliance officer and regulatory counsel at CIBC World Markets. She is also a director of Arxnovum Investment Inc., an investment fund manager focused on alternative assets, including digital assets.

Tradelogiq has also announced the appointment of Christopher Craib as chief financial officer of Tradelogiq.  For the past 15 years, he was with Cantor Fitzgerald Canada Corporation, a metals and mining investment banking business and institutional equities trading and research firm.
