Register now to attend the Thursday, Nov. 12 awards gala in Toronto
Each fall, Canadian Lawyer and Lexpert like to cap off a months-long evaluation of Canada’s leading young lawyers with a gala celebrating the best of the best.
This year is no different. On Thursday, Nov. 12, Canadian Lawyer and Lexpert will announce this year’s cohort of Canada’s top lawyers aged 40 and under at the Lexpert Rising Stars Awards.
Each lawyer in the cohort was evaluated and selected by the Lexpert Rising Stars team and a panel of judges comprising lawyers at Canada’s top law firms and organizations. The goal is to recognize and celebrate these members of the legal profession who have already made outstanding contributions so early in their careers.
There’s still time to register to join in the festivities via the Lexpert Rising Stars Award website.
Held at the Liberty Grand in Toronto, the event – which saw nearly 500 attendees last year – will begin with a cocktail reception, followed by a dinner banquet and awards ceremony hosted by award-winning journalist and former national news anchor Farah Nasser.
The 2026 Lexpert Rising Stars Awards would not be possible without the support of our Gold Sponsors: Cassels Brock & Blackwell LLP, Norton Rose Fulbright, Langlois Avocats, Ross Nasseri LLP, and Torkin Manes LLP.
Canadian Lawyer and Lexpert also extend thanks to our Silver Sponsors, McMillan LLP; our Education Partners, Osgoode Hall Law School and York University; our Associate Sponsor, Bovine Wine Club; and our Experience Sponsor, Orient Retreat.
