Two million-dollar commercial cases heard this week

The most notable commercial case heard this week is Shanghai Lianyin Investment Co., Ltd. v Lu et al with a concerned amount of $233 million. Bennett Jones LLP associate Shaan Tolani represented the plaintiffs. Polley Faith partner Andrew Faith represented several respondents. The other respondents appear to be unrepresented.
