A third notable commercial suit was the $490,077,625.56 case Alcazar Capital Partners v Kurdistan Regional Government et al. Borden Ladner Gervais LLP partner Ira Nishisato is a listed representative of applicant Alcazar Capital Partners. He is a commercial litigator and international disputes lawyer.
