Recognizing excellence across Canada's real estate law profession
Canadian Lawyer has announced the finalists for its inaugural Top Real Estate Teams award, following a review of submissions from firms across the country. The initiative recognizes teams that have demonstrated excellence in real estate law, strategy, and client service.
Nominees were assessed on team composition, including the number of lawyers practising real estate law full or part time, the provinces they serve, and their primary sectors, from residential to commercial and mixed-use work.
Firms were also evaluated on service delivery — from complex transactions to client outcomes and regulatory approvals — as well as what sets them apart, including innovation, technology use, and community involvement.
The Top Real Estate Teams award is proudly supported by LEAP and highlights outstanding teams across a range of firm sizes and regional markets.
As part of the inaugural program, submissions will be evaluated by an independent panel of senior real estate law practitioners, with winners announced in December.
