He has advised underwriters on capital market transactions involving numerous real estate investments.
Born likewise specializes in commercial real estate law. His practice focuses on real estate investment transactions and property development. He has acted for clients on all aspects of real estate matters, including the acquisition, disposition, management, operation, financing and development of all property types, joint ventures, partnerships, and commercial leasing. In addition, he has expertise in structuring and leading real estate investment transactions and development projects, including advising on tax considerations.
