Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada Arif Virani has been in this role since 2023 and was first elected to parliament in 2015. Before that, he worked as a government lawyer in Ontario’s Ministry of the Attorney General. Virani spoke with CL Talk about his career, judicial nominations, and his legislative priorities.
