A third notable commercial suit was the $160,102,460 case Bridging Finance Inc. by Its Receiver, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. et al v Ng et al. Erin Pleet, a partner experienced in commercial litigation at Ross Nasseri LLP, advised Bridging Finance Inc. and three other plaintiffs. G. Ng and 17 other defendants appeared to be unrepresented.
