In 2018, Peter Nguyen led a team at Resolver to develop a digital tool designed and geared to modernize his legal department by replacing paper-based templates and Excel spreadsheets with a modern, easy-to-use piece of cloud-based software. This tool provides the necessary data to operate a modern legal department with its focus on quantitative metrics and analytics. Since January 2018, he has hosted quarterly dinners, under the moniker GC Forum, and arranges for speakers from professional services firms to sponsor the dinners. General counsel attendees have free admission and everyone there gets CPD credits.
